Today’s onboarding session for our new teachers focused on one of the most impactful pillars of effective instruction: Collaborative and Cooperative Learning. The session explored how structured teamwork, shared responsibility, and purposeful group tasks can significantly enhance student engagement and deepen understanding across all grade levels.
