We recently held a teacher training session titled “The Reflective Collaborative Teacher Leader,” which included a coordination conference aimed at aligning our objectives for future sessions. Educators from all branches participated, contributing to a collaborative atmosphere focused on professional growth.
The training session highlighted the role of teacher leadership in fostering reflection among educators. Participants engaged in discussions that emphasized reflective practices as a means to enhance teaching strategies and improve student learning outcomes. By sharing experiences and best practices, teachers gained valuable insights that can be applied in their classrooms.
A significant component of our time together was the establishment of a Professional Learning Community (PLC). This initiative is designed to strengthen our institutions through the ongoing sharing of ideas and strategies, empowering educators to support each other in their professional development.

In the subsequent coordination conference, we aligned our objectives for future sessions and analyzed student learning while exploring innovative teaching practices. This collaborative effort is essential for tracking our progress and keeping our goals in focus.
Overall, the training and conference provided a platform for meaningful dialogue and collaboration among teachers, reinforcing our commitment to continuous improvement in teaching and learning. Thanks to everyone who participated and contributed to these important discussions.
