Pakistan School Muscat proudly hosted its much-anticipated Culmination Event 2026, a landmark celebration that brought together students from all sections onto one dynamic platform to showcase their learning, innovation, and commitment to sustainable development. The event marked a significant milestone as, for the first time, students from morning and afternoon schools independently led and presented the entire show, reflecting confidence, ownership, and authentic student agency.
Aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the development of 21st-century skills, the event highlighted projects across STEAM categories, panel discussions, venture labs, live sketching, role plays, and awareness campaigns focused on protecting Planet Earth and nurturing responsible global citizens.
The morning session was honored by the presence of distinguished chief guests from the Ministry of Education, Ms. Mariam Al Balushi and Hajur Ashhiyai. The evening ceremony was graced by the esteemed presence of the spouse of H.E., Mrs. Amna Bokhari, as Chief Guest, alongside Guest of Honour Dr. Shanaz Wasti and Ms. Alexandra, Head of Sustainability. Representatives from IDP attended the afternoon session, further strengthening the spirit of collaboration and global engagement.
The event was further enriched by the presence of respected academic leaders and guests of honour for the morning school, including:
Assistant Dean of Finance and Administration, Mazoon College – Dr. Mohammad Al Issai Adfaa
Head of English, Majan College – Dr. Peter Mitchell
Dr. Saadia Fatima, Al Zahra College
Ms. Priya, Qurram International
Professor Dr. Zahid Qamar, Sultan Qaboos University
Our esteemed board members graced both sessions with their presence, reinforcing their unwavering support for student-centered initiatives.
A particularly moving highlight of the event was the powerful mime performance on “Save Water, Save Life,” delivered with depth, expression, and purpose. The audience responded with resounding applause, acknowledging the students’ ability to communicate urgent environmental messages without words. Equally heartwarming were the performances by the Kindergarten and Junior sections, who passionately advocated for saving the Earth through creative dramatizations and expressive presentations. Their sincerity and clarity of message left a lasting impression on all attendees.
The arena witnessed an impressive turnout, reflecting the community’s enthusiasm and pride. Students confidently presented projects ranging from sustainability solutions to entrepreneurial ventures under the Venture Lab initiative, integrating financial literacy and innovation. Mothers played a vital role in supporting the initiative by setting up stalls to promote financial literacy and entrepreneurship. Their dedication added warmth and community spirit to the event.
Dr. Arooj Fatima from the Ministry of Culture and Sports judged the afternoon stalls, while Mrs. Shahnila Mughess evaluated the food stalls organized by mothers during the morning session.
The success of Culmination Event 2026 was made possible under the visionary leadership and steadfast support of Chairman Board of Directors Mr. Ameer Hamza, Principal Pakistan School Muscat Mr. Gul Raheem, and Senior Principal Pakistan Schools Oman Mr. Abdul Raheem. Their encouragement empowered students to take ownership and demonstrate excellence beyond the classroom.
Culmination Event 2026 was not merely a showcase ; it was a celebration of student voice, creativity, responsibility, and leadership. It reaffirmed the institution’s commitment to nurturing future-ready learners who are equipped not only with knowledge but with empathy, innovation, and a deep sense of responsibility toward society and the planet.
