The session explored how structured teamwork, shared responsibility, and purposeful group tasks can significantly enhance student engagement and deepen understanding across all grade levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through practical strategies, classroom models, and real examples from our system, teachers gained insight into designing learning experiences that enable students to learn with and from one another. The discussion highlighted how collaborative environments build communication skills, promote problem-solving, and create inclusive classrooms where every learner participates meaningfully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are proud of the enthusiasm and commitment shown by our new teachers as they prepare to bring these approaches into their daily practice.
