ADMISSION RULES

  • The school is primarily meant for (both boys and girls) admitting the children of Pakistan nationals, however, a generous percentage of Non-Pakistanis is also admitted (except Omani nationals as per local laws)
  • Since this is an English medium school, a student seeking admission should have a workable knowledge of English.
  • There is an open admission policy for Pakistanis. The students arriving from Pakistan have to clear admission test for the class in which they are seeking admission.
  • The suitability of a student to be admitted in a certain class shall be determined through admission test. The school leaving certificate (SLC) brought from Pakistani or any other institution /place does not provide a guarantee for admission in the class in which the student was studying according to SLC.
  • After a student qualifies admission test the parents/guardians shall fill up the proper admission form and complete other formalities.
  • For admission in class KG, the minimum age of the student should be 4 years.
    A student seeking admission for the first time shall have to produce birth certificate, Father's labour card copy and copy of father's/mother's passport or his/her own passport in case of a separate passport.

  • Students coming from Pakistan shall have to produce the following documents:
    1-School leaving certificate
    2-Character Certificate if separately issued
    3-Father/Mother's passport copy
    4-2 colour recent photographs of the student
  • A student who fails in annual house examination shall seek re-admission in the same class.
  • Incase of student obtains School Leaving Certificate before annual house examination, travels to Pakistan and gets promoted there; he/she shall have to undergo admission test while seeking re-admission as per normal procedure.
  • A student migrating from a Pakistan School/College in case of Board classes shall not appear in an admission test. However, a migration Certificate/NOC from the concerned Board is required.
  • School/College leaving Certificate, Registration Card (photocopy) and Character Certificate should be submitted in case of class IX or higher classes. Certificates showing passing the previous class issued by the concerned Board should also be attached.
  • Admission in class I to VIII - Subject to passing of test in the subjects of English, Mathematics & Urdu.
  • Admission for class IX - For Science Group the applicant has to obtain minimum 60% marks in class VIII examination. Students obtaining below 60% marks are offered Arts Group.
  • Admission for O' Level class - Subject to passing of test in the subjects of English, Mathematics & General Science, and obtaining 60% marks.
  • Admission for class XI - The applicant who obtains above 60% marks in SSC examination and 60% in science subjects in which he wants to take up its eligible to seek admission in Pre-Medical & Pre-Engineering groups of admission in Commerce and Science General groups at least 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in mathematics. Those scoring below 50% marks can seek admission in Humanities group.
