Physics Laboratory

The Physics laboratory provides students an opportunity to supplement their classroom education with practical hands-on experience. It's state of the art equipment caters for the needs of every student. Indeed, the Physics laboratory aids in inculcating a rational & scientific outlook.

Biology Laboratory

The school Biology Laboratory is a fully equipped laboratory. The school provides the students with the modern equipment to aid them in their practical work and research. The laboratory has 45 student microscopes, 47 dissecting microscopes & also has 4 research microscopes. The students can also make use of an oven with thermostat. Practical work is encouraged & this develops the quality of exploration in the students.

Chemistry Laboratory

The Chemistry laboratory is well equipped and has all the chemicals required for experimentation & project work. Project work is an important part of the syllabus & teaches the students to work their way in a laboratory while abiding by safety rules & regulations of the lab.

Computer Laboratory

The Computer Laboratory is well-equipped multimedia lab & a hardware section that displays the components of the computer. The majority of the computers are Pentium IV. We also have some P-III, P-II & P-I computers. Two more computer labs. have also been established for compulsory computer literacy programme for students from class III to VIII.

Library

Schools and Colleges are the basic institutions, which lay the foundation of the career & character of young generation. Every aspect of the school that is its building; Principal, teachers, other staff, Library & the prevailing atmosphere have their own significance. Library plays a very effective role in character building & enhancing the knowledge by inculcating reading habit.

Pakistan School Muscat has a well-stocked & well-established Library for its teachers and students. It is very spacious & comfortable for readers. Books are placed in glazed cupboards for easy approach. It's stock includes the following collection:

All books on charge have been computerized for easy approach.

Reference Section includes Encyclopedias, Dictionaries & Almanac, Audio & Video cassettes Children Encyclopedia, Urdu & English Fiction, Arts, Islamic Studies & Tafseer-ul-Quran, Biographies, Tehreek-e-Pakistan, Iqbaliat, Maps, World Map, Manual Catalogue, recently many new books & encyclopedia have been added to library.

SCHOOL MOSQUE

A beautiful mosque has been built in serene surroundings. This house of worship is used by the students and the staff to offer prayers five times a day.

Dr. A. Q. KHAN AUDITORIUM

The school has a spacious multipurpose auditorium having a seating capacity of around 700 persons. It is used to hold school functions, house and board examination and indoor games like table tennis and badminton. It also serves as community hall for social functions.

MAIN PLAYGROUND

A large playground is available for outdoor sports activities. The school provides facilities for cricket, football and athletics. The annual sports day of the school is also held in this ground. In addition it is also used to hold annual food festival and large school and community functions.

JUNIOR PLAYAREA

A beautiful grassy play area for children has been built in front of the Junior Block. It is fitted with swings, slides, merry-go-rounds and ladders. Smiling faces of the young angels add to its beauty.

BASKETBALL COURT

The school also has a cemented basketball court that is not only a play area but is also a pleasant landmark.

LAWN TENNIS COURTS
There are two cemented lawn tennis courts adjacent to the mosque. This facility is available to both students and staff.
