Admission Policy
Admission Rules
Student seeking admission shall have to
produce all documents mentioned in the admission criteria
The suitability of a student to be admitted
in a certain class shall be determined through admission test.
The school leaving certificate (SLC) brought from Pakistani or
any other institution /place does not provide a guarantee for
admission in the class in which the student was studying
according to SLC.
The syllabus for admission test can be
obtained from the Academic Cell/ school office.
Students shall be tested in English, Maths,
Science and Urdu
Student seeking admission shall be
interviewed along with the parents/ guardians by relevant
coordinator or admission department
After a student qualifies admission test
the parents/guardians shall fill up the proper admission form
and complete other formalities. Methods of payment will be
explained by the school office/ accounts office.
The first fee slip will include charges for
a security deposit (refundable at the time of withdrawal only),
admission fees and one month’s tuition fee and other incidental
charges (if applicable)
Since this is an English medium school, a
student seeking admission should have a workable knowledge of
English.
For admission in class KG-I, the minimum
age of the student should be 4+ (years)
Admission in class Ito VIII – Must obtain
at least 40% marks in English, Mathematics & Urdu Admission in
class P-I, P-II and P-III (CLSP) minimum 60% marks are required
in the admission test to join CLSP
Admission for class IX - For Science Group
the applicant has to obtain minimum 60% marks in class VIII
examination. Students obtaining below 60% marks are offered Arts
Group. Minimum pass marks are 40%.
Admission for O’ Level Class – Minimum 60%
marks are required to join O’Level classes
Admission for class XI –The applicant who
obtains above 60% marks in SSC examination is eligible to seek
admission in Pre-Medical or Pre-Engineering group. For admission
in Commerce and General Science Groups at least 50% marks in
aggregate and 50% marks in mathematics are required. Those
scoring below 50% marks can seek admission in Humanities group.
Admission for A’ Level class – Subject to
passing in at least 5(five)O’Level subjects with minimum ‘C’
grade
A student who fails in annual house
examination shall seek re-admission in the same class.
In-case of student obtains School Leaving
Certificate before annual house examination, travels to Pakistan
or homeland and gets promoted there; he/she shall have to
undergo admission test while seeking re-admission as per normal
procedure
A student migrating from a Pakistan
School/College in case of Board classes may not appear in an
admission test. However, a migration Certificate/NOC from the
concerned Board is required.
School/College leaving Certificate,
Registration Card (photocopy) and Character Certificate should
be submitted in case of class IX or higher classes. Certificates
showing passing the previous class issued by the concerned Board
should also be attached.

required for Admission :
1. Completely filled Admission form
2. Passport copy of Father &
Mother/students/guardian
3. Passport copy of Student / Father
& Mother having valid visa
4. Copy of Resident Card of Father &
Mother/guardian/student
5. Previous school leaving certificate
(for classes from 2nd and above)
6. Four passport size photographs
7. Electric Bill (copy)
