Mr. Abdul Ahad
Chairman Board of Directors                               Pakistan Schools in Oman

Dear Parents,

Living up to the spirit of this new age, the visionaries of Pakistani community in the Sultanate of Oman honored the sayings of the Father of the Nation when they laid down the foundation stone of Pakistan School Muscat. Since then, Almighty Allah has bestowed upon this institution, the opportunity to become a prime institution for Pakistani students.

All praise be to Allah Who has entrusted us with the noble responsibility of keeping this institution on the path of progress. As Chairman, I believe in the adage that ‘mind is a terrible thing to be wasted’ and focus on harnessing its full potential. The present Board of Directors is committed to formulate such policies which are self-corrective, impartial, and merit -based.

The Board’s four strategic aims are:

1.
A culture of Merit
2.    Leadership
3.    Engaging with the community
4.    Upgrading Academic Standards

This is my conviction that education needs a wholesome approach. One has to provide all the ingredients to make the Learner a balanced person. The Learner has significant academic records and the best human traits. Above all he shall be a true Muslim who can be a good citizen to society and the world at large. It is only possible if one is provided with a conducive environment to achieve personal excellence.

Today our school is affiliated with Federal Board Islamabad, Edexcel International London and Cambridge International London. It is definitely contributing to quality education which is being provided with a competitive environment in the institution. Keeping alive the tradition of Pakistan Schools in Oman, the currently passed out students also showed an exemplary performance by attaining A and A+ grades which is indeed a great pride for all of us.

The school management has built bridges for parents, students and the school in order to maximize communication and interaction among them. It has helped the stake holders to face the hard challenges and put in sincere efforts to overcome the difficulties and obstructions coming in our way.

May Allah help us in all our endeavors.   Ameen

Sincerely,

Mr. Abdul Ahad
Chairman Board of Directors
